About This Product

There are devices that test the degree of bonding of grinding wheels by manually turning the handle, but with manual testing, the speed and strength of turning the handle may fluctuate due to unintentional control. Individual differences among workers, such as experience in maintaining uniformity, can cause differences in bonding test results. If so, the product accuracy and quality assurance of the grinding wheel cannot be maintained. Therefore, our company's Okoshi automatic bonding tester was developed. Mechanically performs loads and tests just by setting test conditions, etc., contributing to simplifying work and improving quality control.

■Bond degree inspection based on JIS standards

Automatic testing equipment based on the Okoshi type bonding test of Japanese Industrial Standard JISR6240. Since the test can be performed with detailed settings such as bit rotation speed and applied load, it is a highly accurate grinding wheel testing device that is more based on actual conditions than other bond testers. By performing automatic tests mechanically, it is possible to eliminate individual differences caused by conventional manual testing, and it is now possible to perform tests based on set standards/conditions.

■Easy operation that anyone can do

In order to allow anyone to perform uniform Okoshi-style testing, inspections can be performed simply by placing a grinding wheel on the pedestal and pressing a switch. In addition, it is equipped with a count display function so that you can understand the number of times the bit used for inspection has been measured. If the set number of times is exceeded, you will be notified by displaying the specified number of times upper limit.

■Easy bit replacement

The bit needs to be replaced after a specified number of uses, but in order to eliminate that hassle as much as possible, a keyless chuck is used at the connection part. It can be easily replaced without tools.

■Equipped with various functions

■Various test conditions can be changed
