About This Product

Dynarector is a device that performs balance correction processing by measuring the balance of assembled workpieces and then transmitting the measured data to the processing unit. Since the balance is corrected at a state close to the actual rotation speed used, correction processing is dramatically improved. Production example

■Balance correction device for fan motor

- Balance can be corrected with the fan and motor assembled. ・Inline production is possible for small and large variety products. ・Fan diameter: φ114m/m ・Rotation speed: 3600min^-1 ・Display resolution: Vibration displacement 0.01μm Correction weight: 0.01g

■Fan balance correction device

・After measuring the balance, manually transfer it to the balance correction section. ・Inline production is possible for a wide variety of products and small lots. ・Rotation speed: 15,000min^-1 (for low speed), 30,000min^-1 (for high speed) ・Takt: Max 60 seconds/time ・Corrected target value: Residual imbalance 0.2mg or less

■Automatic balance correction device for turbo fans

・Everything from vibration measurement to balance correction is done automatically and in a short time. ・Easy operation allows highly accurate balance correction without relying on experts. ・It is possible to observe the correction progress. ・Measurement rotation speed: 10,000 to 130,000min^-1 ・Measurement accuracy: 0.098m/s2 (1G=9.807m/s2) ・Correction resolution: 1mg ・Correction time: within 60 seconds

■Automatic balance inspection and correction device for polygon mirrors

・The correction weight uses an ultraviolet curing agent, and everything from vibration measurement to balance correction is automatically done in a short time. ・Easy operation allows highly accurate balance correction, even for experienced workers. ・Measurement rotation speed: 20,000 to 60,000min^-1 ・Measurement accuracy: 0.01μm ・Corrected resolution: 0.2mg ・Correction time: within 120 seconds
