About This Product

Myself-1 FAB is a system that can be installed on various grinding machines and rotating bodies to measure vibration in a short time and automatically correct dynamic balance. In addition, by connecting an interface with a machine tool such as a grinder, complete automation can be achieved through control from the equipment side.

■ Speedy and precise balance correctionEquipped with a high-performance CPU, measurement time is reduced by 40% (compared to our company's comparison), contributing to improved operating efficiency of grinding machines. Balance weight control accuracy has been improved by 10 times (compared to our company's), resulting in improved machined surface roughness and grinding wheel life.

The balance correction weight is controlled using an absolute angle method, eliminating the need for fine adjustment of the weight. Equipped with a prebalance function, it is now possible to automatically correct even whetstones with large initial imbalances.

■Easy to operate: Easy operation with one touchWhen working, you can easily adjust the balance with one-touch operation. Anyone can easily perform work of the same quality as a skilled worker by eliminating laborious operations to perform highly accurate dynamic balance adjustment without placing any burden on the worker.
