About This Product

Myself-1 typeTII is a field balancer that anyone can easily perform high-precision balancing (balance correction/balance adjustment) in a short time without requiring any specialized skills or experience. It is possible to perform ultra-precise balance corrections of various rotating machinery (equipment/equipment) such as impellers (impellers) of pumps, blowers, fans, etc., grinding wheels, shafts, spindles, etc. This is a long-selling product that is widely used by rotating equipment manufacturers, rotating equipment maintenance companies, and processing companies that use rotating equipment for processing. The interactive interface with icon display and a variety of auxiliary functions help you navigate and support operations, so even first-time users can easily perform balance correction work.

■Realization of highly accurate balance measurement and correction

Highly accurate balance measurement and correction is possible with a highly sensitive vibration sensor that can detect amplitudes of 0.001μm and our unique noise filter that cuts out surrounding noise and extracts the signals necessary for balance measurement.

■Easy operation with no manual required

Improved operability with 2-way operation of touch panel and hard keys. The operation interface uses interactive functions using icons. Vibration measurement starts automatically when steady rotation is reached. ♦Vibration monitoring function (displacement, velocity, acceleration) You can monitor rotation speed, vibration value, and vibration phase angle. It can be used to understand the X, Y, Z (Horizontal, Vertical, Axial) vibration state of the balance measurement target and how much it is swinging in which direction. It is effective to use it to check vibration changes before and after balance correction (has the vibration in three directions been properly reduced?) and to check changes over time. ♦Vibration waveform monitor function Used to check the vibration waveform captured from the acceleration sensor. It is possible to check OVA (vibration waveform captured from the acceleration sensor) and BP (vibration waveform after passing through the band pass filter). ♦Simple FFT function You can perform FFT (frequency analysis) of the vibration waveform captured from the acceleration sensor. It can be used to determine whether the cause of vibration is unbalance or something else (such as a bearing abnormality). If unbalance is the cause, a spectrum will appear at a frequency that corresponds to the rotational speed of the object to be measured.
