About This Product

The transfer device is a device that uses a unique transfer technology to transfer the wafer mounted on a dicing frame to another frame. By using UV tape, it is also possible to UV-cure the tape/film and perform transfer in a weak adhesive state with reduced adhesive strength.

■Low damage & high efficiency transferVacuum transfer technology (patented) reduces pressure stress and air bubbles associated with roller transfer.

■Reducing running costsThe transferred film peeling unit is equipped with a unique tapeless function (patented). Reduces tedious manual peeling work and running costs.

■Automation compatibleIt also supports complete automation of the transcription process. It is possible to eliminate variations in quality and work errors caused by manual work.
