About This Product

This is a semi-automatic tape mounter that can attach wafers in a vacuum chamber. Our unique pre-cut unit is also included as standard, making it possible to achieve high-quality pasting easily and at low running costs by simply setting the dicing frame and wafer.

■Non-contact pasting (patented) No damage

Adopts a unique non-contact differential pressure pasting method that does not use rollers (patented). Damage to products can be reduced. By using the pre-cut mechanism, there is no damage to the ring frame and no dust generation.

■Disposal width “0” (patent)

Adopts our proprietary pre-cut method. Achieved approximately 40% increase in the number of strips with regular rolls and 10% increase compared to pre-cut tape.

■Wafer handling jig

``I use tweezers to transport fragile wafers, but sometimes they break...'' This problem can be solved. Even though it has full-surface suction, it has a see-through design, so you can suction and release while visually checking the wafer. Good visibility is directly connected to workability.

■Adsorption stage for rework

I want to remove the tape that was once applied when making a prototype or determining the conditions... but the suction stage of the device is not easy to use. In such a case, how about a special stage that can be fixed by suction? This solves the problem of ``It breaks when I'm peeling it off.''

■Compact design

The footprint is the smallest in the industry. Get the best bang for your buck with the least amount of space.
