About This Product

A semi-automatic tape mounter is a device that affixes pre-cut tapes (dicing tape, protective tape, die attach film (DAF), etc.) to frames such as dicing frames and lead frames, and to workpieces such as wafers and packages. Only the workpiece supply is manual, and the rest is one-touch. All you have to do is press the START button.
