About This Product

The manual wafer mounter is a manual wafer mounter that affixes various tapes such as dicing tape, back grind (BG), protective tape, dry film, and die attach film (DAF) to frames and workpieces. You can choose between types that can accommodate up to 8 inch frames and types that can accommodate up to 12 inch frames. We also have tables and options available for each purpose.

■Paste firmly

Equipped with a roller pasting pressure adjustment function that allows for beautiful pasting without individual differences.

■Reducing running costs

The calculated table design minimizes the amount of tape waste and is designed with running costs in mind.

■Improve efficiency by preventing troubles

The separator automatic winding mechanism automatically collects used separators into the separator pipe. One-way bearing prevents reverse rotation of the tape and prevents trouble.

■Peeling off is also smooth.

The mounting table has a Teflon coat finish. This prevents the tape from sticking to unintended areas and allows for smooth tape removal. Ease of maintenance is also taken into consideration by eliminating the frame adsorption pad.

■Dust generation measures

The calculated table design minimizes the amount of tape waste and is designed with running costs in mind.

■Compatible with UV tape

UV protection resin is used for the tape holder cover and circle cutter window, so UV tape can also be used.
