About This Product

A fully automatic tape remover is a device that removes the protective film pasted on wafers. Wafers supplied in a cassette are positioned with an aligner, and after the tape is removed, they are ejected into the same cassette.

■Suitable for thin workpieces

By adopting a unique peeling mechanism, stress on the wafer is minimized and it can also be used with thin wafers. Non-contact peeling is also available as an option.

■Alignment function

Before peeling, the orientation table and notch are angularly aligned and centered using an alignment table. It is also possible to arbitrarily set the peeling angle.

■Takt adjustment function

Tape peeling speed, transport speed, etc. can be set using the touch panel. Adjustments can be made to suit the workpiece.

■Static electricity measures

Equipped with an ionizer as standard.

■Tape empty detection

A sensor detects the amount of peeling tape remaining. An alarm will notify you when the remaining battery capacity reaches 5m (settings can be changed). Eliminate unnecessary equipment stoppages.

■Wafer protrusion detection function

Detects the ejection of wafers set in the cassette. Prevents cracking due to contact with the arm during transportation.
