About This Product

The semi-automatic tape remover is a semi-automatic tape removing machine that removes protective tape such as BG (back grind) tape attached to wafers and substrates.

■Easy operation & space-saving design

Easy operation with just a switch after setting the workpiece. It is possible to perform a peeling process that does not differ from person to person. Space-saving design with no restrictions on installation location.

■Various interlocks

Semi-automatic startup conditions such as wafer presence, suction pressure, safety cover, and table temperature can be set.

■Suitable for various workpieces

Tables can be customized to suit the workpiece. Since it adsorbs the entire surface, it is easy to peel off large, thin, and warped wafers. Since the table can be easily replaced, it is effective in production sites that handle a wide variety of products.
