About This Product

Our rotating spin dryer is a stand-alone type wafer centrifugal drying device with a diverse lineup. A variety of options are available, including a fully automatic balancer (FAB), various heaters, and chamber rinse.

Furthermore, by utilizing our balance technology, customers can, for example, hang one each of 6inch and 8inch cassettes, hang two each of 3"4"5"6", and hang two 3"4"8" cassettes. It is possible to dry cassettes of various sizes to match the production items.Furthermore, by being equipped with a fully automatic balancer, it is possible to input 0 to 25 wafers without the need to input dummy wafers.

The airflow has been made more efficient and the downflow has improved drying performance. As a result, drying time has been further reduced. The design concept of the body is a ``non-vibrating spin dryer''. It provides high-quality rotational performance backed by unique vibration analysis technology.

Optional features such as our proprietary automatic vibration suppression mechanism (automatic balancer FAB) and automatic wafer crack detection mechanism make it even more convenient to use.
