About This Product

■FeaturesThese are stickers and labels that combine a surface material that does not discolor due to heat and a heat-resistant adhesive. Labels with barcodes and QR codes printed on them are used in fields that require heat resistance, such as printed circuit boards and automobile engine parts.

■Material and laminateThe material is polyimide film (Kapton) 75μ, and the laminate is polyimide film (Kapton) 25μ. *Polyimide film has the highest heat and cold resistance among industrial film materials. * “Kapton” is a registered trademark of DuPont, USA.

The initial adhesion strength of materials and laminate adhesives may seem low, but their cohesive strength gradually increases at high temperatures. *Highly resistant in applications that are exposed to high temperatures for long periods of time.

■Discoloration at high temperatures・260℃×30 seconds, no change
・260℃×3 minutes, almost no change
・280℃×10 seconds, no change
・300℃×15 minutes, slightly discolored
