Offset printed nameplates are a type of printed nameplate that is often used for decorative purposes because it is relatively easy to print in multiple colors. Although it is not possible to print on three-dimensional objects, by using ink with good adhesion, it is possible to perform bending and embossing after printing. It is easy to express in multiple colors and has a high-definition and beautiful finish, but it is not very resistant to friction and solvents.

■Production process
Offset printing nameplates are manufactured using the following process.

■Special processing
- Embossing: Pressing with a mold that has an uneven shape deforms the material and creates an uneven shape on the product.
・Bending Process A bending mold is used to deform the material through press processing to create a bent shape in the product.
■Design considerations
- Weather resistance is generally not very good, so we recommend choosing a product that is designed for indoor use.
