About This Product
Can cut up to 100mm thick. The rigid frame suppresses vibration during cutting, allowing ideal processing.
■Features
・Maximum cutting thickness 100mm/spindle motor 7.5kW 2P
- Equipped with SINUC3000C as standard, the control system can be changed to SINUC3500 or PC control as an option.
・Multi-divided material holder accurately clamps materials of all sizes.
・Safety devices include a safety shutter, rope switch, entire presser foot cover, and safety fence on the ruler side as standard equipment.
■Multi-divided material presser
By dividing the material holder, it can be clamped with a minimum area, increasing the dust collection effect during processing.
■Adjustable blade bake
The durability of the blade edge has been improved, allowing for long-term, high-precision cutting.
■Full surface Bakelite
It has the effect of suppressing friction and vibration on the table surface, allowing high-precision cutting over a long period of time.
■Linear guide rail
A linear guide rail is used to run the saw table. Quiet movement and minimal wear enable long-term, high-precision machining.
