Complete safety equipment
■Material holding safety shutter
A safety shutter is standard equipped on the material holding part to prevent fingers from getting caught.
■Two-handed push button
You can start cutting, start the cutting program, and saw out by pressing the two-handed push button switch to start the operation, so you can work safely.
■A wide range of options available
Automatic lubrication device for the saw table lifting section, spindle inverter, flush centering ruler, roller control type ruler, and saw table separation type balancer. We also have a wide range of other optional equipment and special equipment.
■Improved work efficiency through automatic operation
Equipped with a SINUC5000 positioning device as standard, the movable ruler can be positioned by inputting numerical values via the touch panel, making it easy to position dimensions and create machining programs. This is a control system that has evolved further based on our many years of experience and in pursuit of user needs.
■Original control system SINUC5000
Adopts a large 5.7-inch color LCD touch panel. Equipped with 5 modes (remaining size, simple input, normal input, monitor, manual) to assist the operator in machining.In the easy mode, automatic operation can be easily performed by inputting the machining dimensions, number of sheets to be machined, and original plate size. It is now possible.
■Remaining size mode
Enter dimensions and make individual cuts.
This is an operation mode in which the movable ruler is positioned for remaining distance or for individual steps, and individual cutting is performed.
■Easy input mode
You can easily create an automatic operation program for walking cutting.
・This mode allows you to easily perform general automated driving using step positioning.
- Up to 60 operation patterns can be registered, and up to 6 combinations of processing dimensions and number of pieces to be processed can be entered in one channel.
■Normal input mode
It is possible to create programs with a higher degree of freedom.
・This is the standard input mode for SINUC, which allows automatic operation using a program.
-You can register up to 180 channels of 30-step programs.
