About This Product

■ CASE Ultra – For toxicity prediction, compliance with ICH M7 guidelines, and food health impact assessment –

MultiCASE (USA)'s CASE Ultra predicts various toxicities from the two-dimensional structural information of a compound and strongly supports screening of drug candidate compounds in the early stages of development. To predict toxicity, we use a unique QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) model based on a compound's Biophore (substructure with biological activity and toxicity). CASE Ultra was developed through a research collaborative agreement (RCA agreement) between MultiCASE and the FDA/CDER (Center for Drug Research and Evaluation), and includes over 130 types of toxicity data, including FDA non-public data. It can be used as a model.

■Characteristics of CASE Ultra

CASE Ultra automatically evaluates datasets and creates a dictionary of substructures (toxicophores) that are thought to be involved in toxicity. By building a quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) model based on the identified toxicophore, it is possible to predict the toxicity of new compounds. After inputting the structural information, CASE Ultra uses the created dictionary and the appropriate QSAR model to perform an evaluation and return the predicted results. CASE Ultra also allows users to create new predictive models or customize existing predictive models using their own data. It is very easy to operate and does not require complex information from the user's data.
