About This Product

■It is a system that efficiently supports ward drug operations from two aspects: time and results.

This is a product that supports the newly established "Ward Pharmacist Practice Addition" in response to the April 2011 revision. It consists of two functions: the basic time management function and the extended business support function, and the basic function can also be used alone. Basic functions include time management of work performance and output of ward drug work diary. The entered business performance data can be output to a CSV format file, which is useful when creating business statistics later. Furthermore, since it is a web-based system, you can enter information from any device. The enhanced function performs patient monitoring on a ward-by-ward basis, supporting confirmation of interactions, high risks, and flow rates/doses. It also provides functions for creating differential reports and managing drug history, including medicines brought with you. It can be linked with the teaching results input screen of our company's "PICSks", so you can efficiently input the results of ward work.

■Business results inquiry

Displays one month's work performance for each pharmacist and ward, and supports achievement of 20 hours/week.

■Business performance input

Enter the implementation time for each work content per day for each pharmacist and ward.

■Form output

It is possible to output daily work reports by ward (Form 30) and worker list (Form 20).

■Actual data CSV file output

You can specify any period and output the actual data to a CSV format file. It can be used as various statistical data. *The diagram is an image of how to use EXCEL.

■Patient monitoring

Displays patient prescription information by ward in real time on the monitoring screen. Interaction check results and a monitoring list of high-risk drugs are displayed for each prescription, so you can easily pick up prescriptions that require attention.

■Implementation information registration

Enter implementation information for each patient by prescription or day.
