About This Product

■DICOM image server that supports filmless surgery in the field of orthopedics

As the use of filmless systems in hospitals progresses, a major issue has become how to implement radiographic image workflows on PACS in orthopedic departments. Filmless operation cannot be achieved unless special measurements and templating, which have traditionally been performed using film, can be performed on a monitor as well. In order to achieve such filmless operation, the orthopedic imaging system iRad®-OT provided by Infocom is equipped with support guides and digital templates to more quickly perform special measurements for each area. By leveraging the know-how and technical capabilities that Infocom has cultivated in the radiology department, we will respond to requests for a filmless environment in the orthopedic department.

■Professional measurement function

Preset measurements such as Sharp angle, FTA, Cobb angle, lumbar slip ratio, hallux valgus, CORA, etc., and orthopedic adjustments such as "perpendicular line from any point on a line segment" and "line connecting the midpoints of two line segments" Equipped with a wide range of advanced measurements required in surgery as standard.

■Implant simulation

Equipped with digital templates from major manufacturers. Lists are displayed by manufacturer and body part category, and you can also save commonly used templates as favorites.

■Custom measurement function

It is possible to create custom measurement guides that combine various measurement tools. The created measurement guide can also be used between users by folder management.

■Enlargement correction function

Enlargement correction using iron ball and measuring tape is possible. If there is no reference object in the image, it is also possible to correct the enlargement by entering numerical values.

■Normal size display/output to Windows printer

By registering the monitor size, you can display the monitor at any magnification ratio. It is also possible to print to Windows printers.

■Flexible system construction - intra-hospital/inter-hospital collaboration

It can be constructed from two types, workstation and web server, depending on the purpose and cost. It is also possible to share servers and use simulation tools among partner hospitals.
