About This Product

■Features・This product was developed as a molded urethane rubber for fake wood.
・Since the viscosity is set low, it is easy to use even at low temperatures in winter.
・There are two types, spring/summer/autumn type and winter type, which can be used with confidence in each season.
・Can also be used as a rubber material for molding concrete retaining walls.
・Easy to use as mold material for crafts and prototype production
・Low shrinkage, versatile usage, and excellent durability

■How to make a mold using Urethane R rubber series・Create a formwork around the model to be molded, and apply liquefaction agent to the entire surface (no open flames allowed for liquefaction agent)
・Cut open the can of Part A and use a rubber spatula to mix and mix Part A into the can of Part B.
・Pour the mixed R rubber and harden it.
・Remove the mold
・Pour the R rubber and harden it.
・Remove the mold and use it as a master mold
・Pour the R rubber and harden it.
・Make multiple molds repeatedly
・Pour concrete into a mold, give it vibration, and after curing, remove it from the mold and use it as a product.

■Precautions for use・Open the lid of the can of B (curing agent), cut open the top of the can of A (base agent), carefully transfer it to the can of B agent with a rubber spatula, and stir thoroughly using the designated stirrer. At this time, avoid high-speed stirring to avoid trapping air bubbles. Please note that if moisture etc. gets mixed in, it may foam and affect curing.
・When pouring into the mold container, do not pour it all at once. If bubbles appear on the surface of the poured urethane resin, please spray thinner etc.
・Although this is a urethane rubber that cures at room temperature, it may not cure properly at temperatures below 5℃. Standard operating temperature is 10-30℃
・Although it can be cured at room temperature, heating it after leaving it for about half a day will speed up the curing and improve its physical properties in a short time.
・Post-shrinkage during curing is very small, but the shrinkage rate can be further reduced by leaving the R rubber series in the master mold and heating it during curing.
- The viscosity of the urethane stock solution increases in winter, so when heating the stock solution, avoid raising the temperature above 30℃. Please heat A and B separately.
・When weighing a portion of Part A and Part B by weight, open the can of Part B, stir well using a stick or stirrer, and then mix it with Part A.
