About This Product

■Features・High fluidity, perfect for pouring
-Will not sag even when applied to the back side of road studs
・Can also be bonded to polycarbonate, acrylic resin, and metal
・Suitable for concrete and asphalt pavement
・Suitable for both burying and pasting
・Curing time (finger test at 23℃): Time until no fingerprints remain → approximately 3.5 hours, time until no scratches occur with fingernails → approximately 4.5 hours

■When gluing a fixed pole・Beforehand, thoroughly remove dirt and debris from the paved surface and the back of the pole base.
・Dispense equal amounts of ``Road Epo'' agent A and agent B, and stir well to mix.
・Apply the mixed adhesive to the back of the pole base using a spatula, etc.
・Cure the poles coated with adhesive by pressing them against the pavement surface.

■When gluing a removable three-legged pole・Set the washer and spring washer into the holes in the pedestal, pass the bottle through from above, place the embedding legs on the bottom of the pedestal, and tighten the bottle.
- Drill 3 holes on the pavement surface (hole diameter 40mm, depth 60mm)
・After drilling, remove dust, etc. from inside the hole using a blower, etc.
・Dispense equal amounts of ``Road Epo'' agent A and agent B, and stir well to mix.
・Pour the mixed "Load Epo" into the hole.
・Insert the three embedding legs set on the pole into the holes at the same time and cure until the adhesive hardens.

■When gluing a pole with one removable leg- Drill one hole on the pavement surface (hole diameter 60mm, depth 60mm)
・After drilling, remove dust, etc. from inside the hole using a blower, etc.
・Dispense equal amounts of ``Road Epo'' agent A and agent B, and stir well to mix.
・Pour the mixed "Load Epo" into the hole.
・After confirming that there is no looseness in the embedding legs of the pole, insert it into the hole and let it cure until the adhesive hardens.

■When gluing road studs or green stone studs- Thoroughly remove dirt and debris from the pavement surface in advance.
・Dispense equal amounts of ``Road Epo'' agent A and agent B, and stir well to mix.
・Apply the mixed "Road Epo" to the back side of road studs, etc. to a thickness of about 2 to 3 mm using a spatula, etc.
・Cure the road studs coated with adhesive by pressing them onto the pavement surface.
