About This Product

An antibody refining is modified on the surface of the silica monolith, enabling high -speed purification of antibody samples. Since the hard gel is used, the fluid speed can be increased and purified in a short time can be achieved. The lineup of the spinkalam type, 96 well plate type. The product comes with the various reagents required for refining.

■ Features

･ Two types of antibodies, Protein A and Protein G, are available, and can be selected according to the desired antibody. ･ Because silica monolith is used as a carrier, it is possible to hold and collect the target antibody in high -speed processing. ･ Because the time of exposure to acids during elutment is short, the risk of antibodies degeneration due to acid can be greatly reduced. The silica monolith surface, which fixes Protein A and Protein G, modifies the hydrophilic polymer, suppresses non -specific adsorption of proteins, and can collect more purity antibodies.

■ shape

Spinkalam type ･ Tabletop centrifugal machine (eg, 2,300 × g) It can be purified in about 2 minutes. ･ Applicable to a small amount of purification up to 0.4 mg (load).

■ 96 well plate type

･ The lower surface of the plate is purified by decompression suction or centrifugal operation. ･ With the same capacity as the SPIN type, it can be used to refine multilateral.

■ Large spin caram type

･ A single bottle can collect an antibody up to about 16 mg by centrifugal treatment. ･ It is possible to process several hundred ml samples in a few minutes by suction processing by solid phase manlyd. Each product comes with various reagents required for purification.
