About This Product

■Summary

Our FTM-32 series screw feed tightening modules are designed for extremely high cycle tightening, taking productivity and station uptime to new levels. Due to the swivel arm concept, the next screw is always set during the tightening rundown. This results in very fast tightening cycles. The modular, slim design not only minimizes center-to-center distance for multichannel applications, but also allows multiple options to be configured to meet different application needs.

■Function

・High-speed bit stroke with bidirectional cylinder ・Swivel arm for taking in screws during rundown ・Bit quick change function ・Mechanical jaw for positioning screws ・Optional head stroke movement ・Short shaft sensing distance when tightening multiple shafts
