About This Product

■Summary

The AWM (Automated Wheel Multiple) power head is built and developed on a modular platform centered on tightening, and is a one-stop solution for the entire process of assembling and tightening automobile wheels. Combines ISRA's 3D vision system with mechatronics such as pitch adjustment, grippers, and screws/bolts to provide interface. The AWM serves as a unit for automated processes for tire wheel assembly machines, consisting of a 6-axis industrial robot, a wheel conveyor line, a screw/nut feeder and a magnetic/vacuum socket fitted on the AWM tool shaft. .
