About This Product

This is an RFID board (Okudake board) for easily collecting work results for each process in the manufacturing industry. It is suitable for configurations where multiple workers process and assemble multiple kanbans in each process.

■How to use

One Okudake board will be installed for each process. Multiple RFID readers are connected to one Okudake board using threaded wires. All you have to do is place and remove the RF card from each RFID reader. RF cards can be assigned to types such as ① Kanban cards, ② Worker cards, and ③ Interruptions, and by simply placing this RF card on the RFID reader, you can see when and which Kanban started, in what process, and how much work was done by who. The time can be collected accurately. Up to 32 RFID readers can be connected to one board, and simple rules are determined and operated, such as which RF card should be placed on which reader and in what order. The Okudake board simply records when the RF card was placed and when it was removed, along with the time. Additionally, the work results can be determined by aggregating the logs recorded by the higher-level system. The Okudake board can be connected to the host system via USB or LAN. We can also provide the software to record the collected logs in a database. The type and format of the RF card can be decided upon in consultation with the customer. In addition, the Okudake board can be equipped with a push button switch, so it can be used to turn on patrol lights in an emergency or to link with other systems.
