Tracking Navi visualizes three things: worker operating status, wasteful movement, and crowded areas. We support an environment where everyone working in factories, warehouses, plants, and construction sites can work with peace of mind. Tracking Navi has been adopted by Mitsui Fudosan's new logistics consulting platform "MFLP & Logi Solution" Improving factory and warehouse management with three types of “visualization”

■Features of Tracking Navi

(1) Understand operating status and congestion status Display workers' travel routes on a map. Movement to unexpected areas, wasteful movement, frequently traveled routes, etc. are visualized, allowing you to concretely understand areas for improvement. In addition, the congestion situation, distance and time traveled by workers, and time spent in a specific area are displayed numerically and graphically. It can be used to determine whether the operating status of factories and warehouses is appropriate based on data, which helps in the healthy operation of factories and warehouses. (2) Automatically manage operating status Automatically aggregate and visualize worker working hours, non-working hours, incidental work hours, etc. It can be used to compare and analyze differences between business establishments, and to formulate index values. You can see at a glance whether unnecessary travel or waiting is occurring, and make reliable improvements based on data. (3) Detect falls and prevent accidents Detects a fall of a worker and notifies the administrator. It is also displayed in real time on the map in the administrator portal.
