EPower/CLIP product overview

■For creation, management, and analysis of near-miss and incident reports

This system effectively supports tasks from creating incident reports to analyzing and formulating countermeasures for accidents that occur in medical settings. In addition to complying with the reporting items used in the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's Medical Safety Promotion Network Project, the report screen allows you to enter the progress up to the occurrence of the accident, which is necessary for analysis. ■What is the analysis method ImSAFER?

This system not only streamlines the creation and reporting of incident reports, as well as aggregation and statistical work, but also allows detailed analysis of incidents using "ImSAFER"* to be developed on a computer screen. We accurately support and manage the business improvement process (PDCA) from planning, deciding, implementing, and evaluating more effective countermeasures, and strongly back up the work of medical safety managers (supervisors). Accidents have a structure in which several events occur in a chain, and accidents can be prevented by breaking this chain.
