About This Product

The Downflow Evolution DFE is a revolutionary product that has a new design that is up to 40% smaller while having more effective performance than traditional cartridge-type dust collectors, significantly reducing the number of filters and achieving lower costs. It's a product.

■The "Downflow Evolution DFE" dust collection system combines various design features to deliver unprecedented performance.

・Larger dust is processed by pre-separation ・Lower pressure loss than conventional baffle type ・Minimum filter wear

■Easy filter replacement

The inside of the end cap of the filter element has a special shape that fits snugly into the yoke (filter support fitting). The asymmetrically designed yoke ensures that the filter installation, sealing, and pulse cleaning process is performed correctly and reliably.

■Triangular filter

The dust collected from the dust-containing air is finally collected in the hopper at the bottom of the main unit by the pulse cleaning system. DFE's unique filter shape has media spread out at the bottom compared to other cartridges, so the dust that is removed by the pulse (compressed air) is sent directly to the hopper. Uses Ultra Web, originally developed by Donaldson. A high-performance filter medium with a nanofiber layer.

Grinding, polishing, plasma cutting, pharmaceuticals, thermal spraying, welding, metal processing, glass, etc.

・Agricultural strength: Ss=1.5G S1=0.6G| ・Wind resistance strength: 40.2m/s ・Body pressure resistance: -6.2~+2.5kPa ・Required compressed air: 0.62~0.69 MPa (air consumption per module 0.255Nm3/min) ・Body resistance: 65℃ ・Control power supply: AC100/120V, 50/60 Hz
