About This Product

Among Donaldson dust collectors, downflow dust collectors have the longest track record and are characterized by their ability to achieve high dust removal performance with low energy consumption.

■Applications

Laser processing, plasma processing, welding, general dust collection

■Features

・Fan and operation panel are standard equipment. Package type that does not require assembly ・Uses a differential pressure sensing controller. High cleaning performance despite low energy consumption ・Equipped with spark trap. Ideal for welding, metal processing, plasma processing, etc. ・Oval cartridge filter that provides more effective removal performance ・The filter material is Donaldson's proprietary "flame-retardant Ultraweb" ・Easy maintenance with easily removable dust box and filter - The removal mode can be selected from ``manual'', ``differential pressure sensing'', and ``downtime cleaning'' according to the application. ・With differential pressure abnormality alarm and external operation terminal Ultraweb is a high-performance filter medium with a nanofiber layer developed exclusively by Donaldson.

■Welding fumes, gas, and hot air are harmful to the human body.

Among the particles that are inevitably generated during work, welding fume particles with a size of 0.5 μm to 5 μm are particularly harmful to the human body. They remain airborne for long periods of time and consist mostly of harmful iron oxides and oxides. Prolonged absorption may cause symptoms such as dry nose and throat, chills, fever, muscle/joint pain, fatigue, and nausea. These symptoms eventually lead to dreaded lung diseases such as pneumoconiosis.

■If the dust collector attracts sparks, it may cause a fire.

This product uses a flame-retardant filter as a fire prevention measure, but if it is used in a process where fire or sparks (including spatter) are generated, a fire may occur in the dust collector. When using a dust collector in a process where fire or sparks are generated, pretreatment is required to extinguish the fire or sparks, such as installing a spark trap. Also, never use it to suck up potentially explosive dust. Please be sure to read the instruction manual before use.
