About This Product

SmArc OS-K is an improved chromium nitride ceramic coating specifically designed for processing Corson copper alloys. (This coating is based on special conditions, aiming for 0.5 microns on our test pieces.) Effective for processing Corson copper alloy (C7025) containing nickel/silicon, which is used for component terminals. Compared to DLC coating, it is characterized by less adhesion to the cutting edge.
