About This Product

SmArc OS-T is an improved ceramic coating that is a thin film of titanium nitride aluminum coating (OS-T). (This coating is made under special conditions, aiming for 0.5 microns on our test piece.) The film quality is improved compared to <OS-T>, which has a normal film thickness (2 μm). Can be coated without damaging the shape of the base material, such as small diameter tools and molds where coating thickness is affected. We have actual production of small diameter punches for processing SUS440, small diameter reamers, end mills, etc.
