About This Product

OS-A is an improved ceramic coating made by adding silicon to aluminum nitride chromium coating. Compared to titanium nitride aluminum coating <TiAlN>, it has higher heat resistance and hardness, and is particularly effective in preventing crater wear (adhesive diffusion wear) when machining ferrous materials. It is also ideal for mold parts that require heat resistance and high hardness. *Made to order

Dry machining tools (high-speed steel tools), dry cutting of general steel (S50, S45C, FC, SMC, etc.), gear cutting, heat-resistant metal, etc.
