About This Product

ES-CrN is a composite ceramic coating with shot peening applied to the base of chromium nitride coating (CrN). A chromium coating with reduced hardness is applied to the work-hardened base material surface to achieve high adhesion and mild wear that suppresses film chipping. Recommended if chipping occurs with <CrN>.

Copper processing tools, rubber/resin molds, powder molds, etc.
