■Are you having trouble with your elbows (bent pipes)?
The pellet moves at high speed along the elbow wall, and strong centrifugal force forces the pellet against the metal surface. This creates friction, which dissolves the surface of the pellet and forms an unwanted film on the wall. This film eventually peels off, creating pesky streamers and snakeskin that enter the product.
Highly abrasive materials have particularly strong frictional forces, which quickly wear away the elbow wall and damage the pipe. Perbow shuts out the formation of foreign objects and pipe breaks.
