Until now, pneumatic transportation had to choose between high-concentration transportation and low-concentration transportation. We offer a new proposal for pneumatic transport that has a good capacity and removes fine particles and takes measures against wear. The first of three new concepts that make up Percon 3 is the STRANDFASE transport system.

Perbow is a patented elbow with a special design.
■Component-3
・Fine and streamer removal equipment. Necessary to meet demands for better final products. So I set up Distar.
- Consists of three patented functions. Magnetic flux formed from the coil, wash deck, and venturi zone.
- When a charged pellet enters the magnetic flux field formed by the electromagnetic coil, Lorentz force acts, weakening the electrostatic adsorption force between the plastic pellet and fine dust. In combination with air flow, fine dust attached to the pellet surface can be removed.
