About This Product

■Product overview

・Materials are transported using the vacuum generated by a mechanical pump. ・Can handle various raw materials with modular design - Very few moving parts, easy maintenance and low cost ・Less separation and segregation of transported objects - Closed system that does not collect dust or dust ・Easy to clean with tool-less disassembly ・Various options in addition to standard specifications ・Adopts a full open discharge valve that shortens raw material discharge time and prevents discharge defects.

■Transportation mechanism

・Transportation mechanism using piab vacuum ・Suck the air inside the aircraft with a mechanical pump ・The bottom valve closes, creating negative pressure inside the machine and generating airflow. ・Sucks up the conveyed material from the feed station (hopper) ・Separate air and conveyed material with internal filter (fill air cushion tank as compressed air) ・The bottom valve opens and discharges the conveyed material (cleans the filter with compressed air at the same time) ・Supports a variety of layouts

■About raw materials

・Particle size: 0.5μm～30mm ・Particle density: 0.1g to 9kg (around 1L liter) ・Module capacity: 2 to 56 liters

■Example of transport using piab

Croutons, chopped seaweed, cornstarch, granules, granulated sugar, lactose, cellulose, silica, copper powder, soybean powder, resin powder, etc.
