About This Product

The powder particles are transported by the rotation of the spring coil (spring-like) built into the tube.

■Principle

The powder particles are raised in stages by the rotation of a spring coil built into the tube. At the same time, centrifugal force is applied to the transported object, and it moves upward while completely covering the clearance between the spring coil and the tube. This transported object acts as a lubricant for the spring coil and tube, and the space is completely covered with the transported object without air, allowing it to be transported easily.

■Structure

A single spring coil that is directly connected to the motor is housed in a flexible tube. In addition, the outlet is easily connected with a one-touch band.

■Features

・This is a tube conveyor for transporting powder and granular materials, so it can be installed with flexibility. ・It is also possible to design long-distance and intricate conveyance routes by combining them. -Simple structure and lightweight, easy to install. -Easy to disassemble and assemble. - Low noise operation. ・Low price including incidental work. ・You can select the optimal tube and spring coil according to your application. ・There is little separation during transportation, and because it is airless, the rate of static electricity generation is low. ・Provides a work environment free of dust scattering. ・It has excellent response to start and stop, and allows you to build a completely automated/unmanned operation system such as level control and metering control.

■Model

・The tube material of the TS type is made of stainless steel SUS304. The tube material of the TSP (2) type is made of nylon translucent resin. TSP (3) There are three types of molds made of rubber (shot blast hose). ・The material of the spring coil is made of special hardened alloy copper or SUS304. ・The total length excluding the motor is 3M to 30M. (However, any number of meters is possible depending on the combination) ・<Transy> dedicated hopper is also available upon request. A dedicated fully automatic control device is also available upon request. ・Capacity may vary slightly depending on the material to be transported. ・Motor capacity varies slightly depending on conditions.
