About This Product

■The pivot conveyor is a conveyor that does not break the conveyed items.

・A general term for bucket conveyors in which buckets rotate around pins attached to buckets or chains to smoothly transport objects. ・One unit can safely and reliably transport objects horizontally, vertically, and horizontally. - Actively used in the food industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, and all environment-related processes.

The frame is usually delivered in parts at a pitch of 2,400 mm and has a simple structure that is assembled with bolts.

■You can choose the bucket that is suitable for the object being transported.

Buckets are available in a variety of materials including resin (polypropylene, polycarbonate, ABS), steel plates, and stainless steel. Please use according to the physical properties, temperature, etc. of the conveyed object.

■Easy to attach and detach the bucket and chain

The bucket can be easily attached and detached by simply inserting a pin from the chain side, and the chain can also be easily replaced.

■Very quiet when driving

It is very quiet as it does not scoop or scratch the conveyed items.

■You can check the operating status

Inspection windows are standard equipped on the front and back of the vertical section, allowing you to clearly check the operating status.

■Intermediate discharge can be done at any number of locations

It is equipped with a cam for intermediate discharge, so it can be loaded into storage bins, packaging machines, weighing machines, etc. at any number of locations.
