About This Product

Compact design with a total height of 260mm.

■Compact yet high-performance removal performance

・Excellent dust removal effect ・Removes fines and streamers (floss) with cleaning air that passes through the deck inside the main unit. ・Product with a bulk specific gravity of 560kg/m3, processed at 27kg/h ・The classified dust is sent to the dust removal box on the left side. ・Lightweight design with a body weight of 13 kg (easy to integrate into existing lines)

■Remove fine powder in 5 steps

・Quantity supply of raw materials with paddle feeder ・Ionizer (static electricity eliminator) neutralizes static electricity that causes fine powder to adhere. ・Remove streamers and dust (fine powder) with compressed air ・Breathe filtered air ・Unnecessary dust and streamers are stored in the dust collector on the left side of the main unit.

■Excellent design, small but highly functional

・Agitator to prevent blockage in the input port ・With speed control, you can easily adjust the input amount. ・Designed structure improves dust removal effect, reduces product scattering to dust collector ・Equipped with an ionizer (static electricity eliminator) that prevents the binding of pellets and dust due to static electricity. ・Low equipment costs as there are no peripheral devices ・No special equipment required as compressed air is used ・Clear window allows you to see inside the main unit

■Other features

- A type that attaches to the bottom of the loader of an injection molding machine. ・The height required for installation is 266 mm, and the weight is only 9 kg. ・The cleaning air required is a small amount of compressed air. ・The power supply can be either 100V or 200V.
