About This Product

■Characteristics of RC De Duster

・Excellent dust removal effect ・Newly designed and lightweight ・Excellent processing capacity (5kg/h to approx. 350kg/h) ・Equipment available at low cost ・More compact than conventional machines *Easy to integrate into existing lines

■Other features

- Very compact with a distance between flanges of 305mm, and has a large throughput of 20 to 350kg/h. ・Can also be installed on a molding machine. - Round design with low height and energy-saving design. - Larger sizes also available.

■Excellent dust removal process using patented technology

- Raw materials are fed into the RC1 De-Duster from the top. - Electromagnetic coil reduces electrostatic coupling between dust particles and the product. - From the supply hopper, the product reaches the conical washing deck. - Separates fine powder and angel hair using air inside the cleaning deck. - Dust and angel hair are removed by suction through the exhaust duct. -The product then reaches the venturi zone at the bottom of the wash deck. -Removes heavier dust particles and long angel hair. - Cleaned products are discharged to the bottom.
