■The XP series is a very space-saving pellet washer.The most common requests from our customers were to lower the height of the washer and increase its effectiveness in removing fine powder. This new compact Pelletrondi duster can be easily installed into new or existing equipment without much expense.

The Pelletron DiDuster is used in thousands of factories around the world by separating contaminants (fine powder, fines, floss, snakeskin, streamers, angel hair, fines, etc.) from virgin pellets and recycled materials. We will cooperate in improving the manufacturing process and the quality of the final product.

Needless to say, the Pelletron DiDuster XP series efficiently removes fine dust and streamers. Pelletron offers a wide range of models and can handle a wide range of processing capacities from 50 kg/h to 100,000 kg/h.

■De-Duster technologyThe Pelletron Di Duster can remove fine dust of about 1 μm as well as streamers, paper, and other impurities.
This technology is ideal for cleaning all pellets that require cleaning before shipping, transporting, or manufacturing the product.

The already proven electromagnetic coil functionality remains unchanged. The electromagnetic field has the effect of breaking and removing the static bond between the electrostatically attached plastic pellets and the 1μ fine dust.

The DeDuster is designed to be installed on top of an injection molding machine or extruder, on top of a silo, under a silo, or free-standing. The cleaning air can be either open circuit type or closed circuit type depending on the customer's request.
