About This Product
The Clean Shifter produces clean products free of dust (especially lint) and clumps.
■What is a clean shifter?
・Removes impurities with high efficiency using a rotating screen and stirring blades that rotate independently inside the screen.
・Removes lint, clumps, bolts, pebbles, and other objects that are mixed in with raw materials to prevent product problems.
- Can be used as a classifier and sieve.
・The raw material that enters through the input port is fed into a cylindrical screen that is rotated by a screw.
・While being agitated by the stirring blade, the product is separated from the impurities such as lint and clumps and discharged.
■Features
・The synergistic effect of the rotating screen and stirring blades efficiently removes impurities such as thread waste.
-Rotating the screen makes the front less likely to get clogged
・Can also be used as a highly efficient sieve
・The rotation direction and rotation speed of the screen and stirring blade can be set separately according to the raw material.
・Vibration and noise problems are largely resolved.
・No dust is generated.
