About This Product

■Overview of vibrating sieve machine FS vibrating sieves promote labor savings, efficiency improvements, and work environment improvements in powder processing processes. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, starting from removing foreign matter when raw materials arrive, general classification, removing unpulverized products, removing secondary granulated products, crushing coagulated materials, and removing fine powder. The basic principle is that circular and elliptical complex three-dimensional movements (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) are generated by unbalanced weights attached to both ends of the vertical special vibration motor shaft of the drive motor. This movement is transmitted to the sieve surface to efficiently classify raw materials. In addition, by attaching an auxiliary weight to the lower weight, vertical movement is increased and strong wire mesh clogging is prevented.
