About This Product

■Overview of vibrating sieve machine

FS vibrating sieves promote labor savings, efficiency improvements, and work environment improvements in powder processing processes. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, starting from removing foreign matter when raw materials arrive, general classification, removing unpulverized products, removing secondary granulated products, crushing coagulated materials, and removing fine powder. In addition, wet filtration, separation of foreign substances from suspensions, and removal of solids from liquids can also be performed in liquid processing processes. It is safely used in a wide range of applications including food chemistry, metals, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, resins, and environmental recycling. We will continue to recommend designs and model selection from the customer's perspective that match the production process.

■Basic principle of vibrating sieve machine

The FS vibrating sieve consists of three main parts: the vibrating part, the lower stand, and the vibration absorbing spring. The basic principle is that circular and elliptical complex three-dimensional movements (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) are generated by unbalanced weights attached to both ends of the vertical special vibration motor shaft of the drive motor. This movement is transmitted to the sieve surface to efficiently classify raw materials. In addition, by attaching an auxiliary weight to the lower weight, vertical movement is increased and strong wire mesh clogging is prevented. The flow of raw material on the sieve surface can be freely adjusted by changing the phase angle of the weights.
