About This Product

■What is Micro Shifter?

There are generally two types of classification methods for separating powder and granules into the required size. These are screen-type sorting using a sieve, and wind classification (separation using wind power using differences in specific gravity). It is impossible to perform classification with a 0% mixture ratio using a wind classifier, and it is impossible to process large amounts of material using a vibrating sieve due to clogging. This "Micro Shifter" is a unique classifier that allows powder and granules to pass through a screen in an air flow. The newly developed fanless type (NF type) has a built-in specific gravity sorting mechanism to achieve even higher precision classification.
