About This Product

■Mechanism of crushing

・Put the raw materials into the raw material hopper on the top of the main unit. ・Quantitatively supplied to the crusher body by feeder ・The raw materials inside the main body are dispersed by wind flow and centrifugal force. ・High-speed crushing using a rotary plate with a piece and a fixed plate on the door side (the crushing piece is hardened to achieve wear resistance and high durability) ・Discharge with particle size regulated by screen hole diameter

■The Makino type crusher has the following features:

・Impact crushing that crushes raw materials by hitting them ・Low residence time for pulverized materials, allowing large-volume processing in a short time ・The grinding particle size changes depending on the speed of the rotating piece and the hole diameter of the screen. ・The raw material that can be input is about 10mm in size. ・Screen hole system available from φ0.35 to φ10 ・Easy particle size adjustment with built-in screen ・Low running costs due to fewer consumables ・Easy to remove consumable parts ・Since it is a general-purpose/all-purpose crusher, it can be used in any raw material field. ・Capacity can be increased by simply replacing the motor - Rotation speed can be easily changed using an inverter ・The supply port is equipped with a magnet for removing iron from raw materials as standard equipment.

・Successfully reduced costs by approximately 30% (compared to our company) by simplifying the structure - Saves space compared to comparable machines from other companies ・Over 20% more capacity than the conventional CI type ・Significant reduction in noise and air volume ・Special cast steel is used for the bridge, making it wear resistant and highly durable. ・By changing the shape of the pieces, finer pulverization is possible than with conventional machines. ・Capacity can be increased by simply replacing the motor ・Rotating plate directly connected to the motor reduces conduction loss
