About This Product

The filter press is equipped as standard with a fully automatic filter cloth washer called ``RoFresh,'' which not only saves labor but also performs stable dewatering and smooth cake removal.

■Completely unmanned and fully automatic

Everything is completely automatic, including not only dehydration work but also filter cloth cleaning work. Machines continue to work at night and on holidays.

■With automatic filter cloth washer “Rofresh”

Rofresh is standard equipment. Regular cleaning of the filter cloth ensures cake removal.

■Simple structure

The filter plate is a fixed filter cloth type with a simple structure. Maintenance is easy and the filter cloth has a long service life. The opening stroke is small and the opening/closing time is greatly reduced.　

■Stable discharge of dehydrated cake

Keeps the moisture content of the cake constant even when the slurry concentration changes. And you can freely choose the consistency of the cake.

■Polypropylene filter plate

The filter plates of models 1200 and 1500 are made of polypropylene (PP). PP board has good sealing properties due to its flexibility, is light in weight, and maintenance is very easy. Furthermore, since there is no corrosion or rust, it can always maintain high efficiency as new.
