About This Product
The concentration and properties of the turbid water discharged from an aggregates plant change dramatically, but it is efficiently treated by an automatic chemical saving control system and circulated back to the plant as stable water that is ideal for reuse.
■Outer wheel drive system
The rake is rotated by an outer wheel drive system that does not waste power. Since the outer wheels are driven by fixed tires that do not move, there are no malfunctions or breakdowns, and maintenance is easy and safe.
■Center feed
Allow wastewater to flow in from the thickener sensor. Compared to the side-feeding method, the entire volume is used evenly and most efficiently throughout, so there is no waste such as short circuits, and the amount of chemicals used is significantly reduced.
■Rake automatic lifting
The rake automatically moves up and down depending on the amount of settled slurry, so there is no overload and the slurry can be collected.
■Slurry automatic drawing
It detects the stock amount and concentration of slurry settled in the thickener and automatically pulls it out to the outside.
■Automatic drug saving control device
The amount of chemicals injected is automatically controlled according to changes in the concentration of incoming wastewater, and only the appropriate amount is always applied.
■Automatic chemical solution dissolving device
The dissolving machine is a labor-saving device that detects the amount of dissolved chemical in the chemical tank and always dissolves the required amount. Because of the good stirring effect, there is no formation of mamako (clumps).
