About This Product

Japan's first liquid cyclone was created in 1950 based on the literature of a Dutch national coal mining researcher. After that, we checked our extensive experience and track record in the field, and repeated tests to develop ``Tamaclone'', which has a stable discharge of high concentration underflow, excellent separation performance, and a highly wear-resistant structure.

・Classification and concentration of slurry in mines
- Crushed stone, classification of sand in sand mills, collection of fine sand before the concentration process
・Separation and removal of sand settled in sedimentation tanks for sewage treatment
・Separation of clay and silica sand or recovery of silica sand
・Classified cleaning for recycling foundry sand
・Removal of sand from circulating mud using boring and mud shield construction methods
・Classification of abrasive materials by particle size
・Collection of dust from wet scrubbers at steel plants
・Recovery of fine sand from cooling water at power plants
・Collection of abrasive materials from water jet processing
・Recovery of solids from various cleaning wastewaters

■Features・Tamaclone is equipped with an underflow concentration adjustment mechanism.
・High concentration of spigod can be automatically and stably discharged.
・The structure is simple and lightweight, making installation and disassembly inspection easy, and the wetted parts can be divided according to location.
・The interior is lined with highly abrasion-resistant rubber and ultra-abrasion-resistant special urethane rubber.
・It can maintain a long service life even when dealing with coarse particles and crushed objects with many edges.
- Internal particle rotation creates friction between particles, resulting in surface polishing and desilting.
・By placing Tamaclone, the amount of water used in the classification cleaning process can be reduced.
