■Structure
The KV-R type consists of a vibrating frame and an oscillating mechanism, and is activated by the oscillating mechanism installed in the center of the vibrating frame. The vibrating frame has a robust frame structure, assembled from steel plates and shaped steel, and the frame is designed to support the sieve surface and can be attached to either woven or punched nets.
Sieve frames are available in single-bed and double-bed types. The oscillation mechanism is located at the center of the vibrating frame, and has a structure in which the oscillation source is centrifugal force generated by the shaft and unbalanced weights at both ends. This shaft is fixed to the vibrating frame via a bearing box, and 100% of the generated centrifugal force is transmitted to the vibrating frame.
