About This Product

The principle of vibration is that unbalanced weights with two sets of equal gears are mounted opposite each other inside the casing, and when a V-pulley is attached to one shaft to give rotation, the other shaft rotates at the same speed but in the opposite direction. I will. During this rotation, when the two sets of unbalanced weights are positioned perpendicular to the center line connecting the two sets, the sum of centrifugal forces acts in the direction of the arrow. Next, when the unbalanced weight is located at its center line, the centrifugal forces acting in opposite directions are eliminated and balanced. In other words, the resultant force generated on this vibrator during one rotation of the unbalanced weight changes from +, 0, -, 0, and eventually + and - forces are generated alternately. This vibrator is installed on the sieve machine body at an angle of 45 or 50 degrees, and vibrates the sieve to cause sieving and shifting effects. When attaching the sieve to the pedestal, Erigo and coil springs are used as vibration isolators.
