The principle of vibration is that unbalanced weights with two sets of equal gears are mounted opposite each other inside the casing, and when a V-pulley is attached to one shaft to give rotation, the other shaft rotates at the same speed but in the opposite direction. This vibrator is installed on the sieve machine body at an angle of 45 or 50 degrees, and vibrates the sieve to cause sieving and shifting effects.
When attaching the sieve to the pedestal, Erigo and coil springs are used as vibration isolators.
